Richard has over 10 years experience in various investment banking (JP Morgan & Citi) and buy-side institutions (HRL Morrison & ESR Australia) where he was involved in some of the largest transactions in the Australian market.

Richard has led project teams on over $4bn of acquisitions and raised & refinanced over $9bn in capital across multiple industries.

He has also conducted multiple strategic reviews for both the Federal & State Governments and built business data systems for ASX & HKEX listed companies.

Ken has over 10 years of experience working in corporate finance and debt restructuring and was previously at Royal Bank of Scotland and Houlihan Lokey Australia, where he was involved in over $4bn of of the most innovative and complex capital raising and debt restructuring transactions in the Australian market.

Whilst working internationally, he led the design and delivery of a combined growth and investor relations strategy for his family’s private healthcare business which was transformed into a national champion, attracting investment from global private equity firms.

Jack has over 10 years of experience in management consulting (Bain), private equity (Crescent Capital) and operational roles (Cars24).

Jack has deep expertise in setting the strategic direction and priorities of ASX20 companies.

Leading operational improvement projects across a range of industries from retail to manufacturing, Jack also undertakes commercial DD for leading private equity & consulting groups.
